Hello from Walt Disney World!
Halloween decorations are up, the first BOO Bash After Hours event was this past week, and Disney is getting all geared up for the 50th anniversary! With all of this going on, we like to check in on the lines to see if they’re getting longer or shorter, so you can plan your park days better! So, here’s a look at all the average wait times in Disney World from this week.
Magic Kingdom
Come with us to Magic Kingdom! This week, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train had the longest average wait time with 70 minutes!
After that was Splash Mountain at 60 minutes, Jungle Cruise at 54 minutes, Space Mountain at 49 minutes, Peter Pan’s Flight at 47 minutes, Haunted Mansion at 39 minutes, and Astro Orbiter at 36 minutes. Following behind was Pirates of the Caribbean at 34 minutes and Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin at 30 minutes.
Down in the 2os, we saw Big Thunder Mountain Railroad at 28 minutes, Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh at 27 minutes, “its a small world”at 24 minutes, and Under the Sea – Journey of the Little Mermaid at 22 minutes.
In the teens, we had Magic Carpets of Aladdin at 17 minutes, Tomorrowland Speedway at 17 minutes, Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover at 17 minutes Mickey’s PhilharMagic at 15 minutes, Barnstormer featuring the Great Goofini at 15 minutes, and Dumbo the Flying Elephant at 14 minutes.
Even lower was Mad Tea Party at 12 minutes and Prince Charming Regal Carrousel at 11 minutes.
And rides that only had wait times in the single digits were Liberty Square Riverboat at 8 minutes, Carousel of Progress at 5 minutes, Country Bear Jamboree at 1 minute, Hall of Presidents at o minutes, Tom Sawyer Island at 0 minutes, Enchanted Tiki Room at 0 minutes, and Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse at 0 minutes.
EPCOT
Moving on to EPCOT, Test Track had the longest wait time this week at 56 minutes!
Then, we had Frozen Ever After at 40 minutes, Soarin’ at 18 minutes, Mission: SPACE at 17 minutes, and Gran Fiesta Tour at 13 minutes.
Rides with even shorter wait times included Spaceship Earth at 12 minutes, The Seas with Nemo and Friends at 10 minutes, Journey into Imagination at 7 minutes, and Living with the Land at 7 minutes.
The theater shows in EPCOT all had zero waits this past week! These included: American Adventure, Awesome Planet, Beauty and the Beast Sing-Along, Disney and Pixar Short Film Festival, Impressions de France, and Reflections of China!
Hollywood Studios
Over in Hollywood Studios, Slinky Dog Dash had the highest average wait time this week at 80 minutes.
After that, we had Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run at 61 minutes, Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster featuring Aerosmith at 53 minutes, Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway at 52 minutes, Tower of Terror at 43 minutes, and Toy Story Mania at 37 minutes.
And finally, we had Alien Swirling Saucers at 28 minutes, Star Tours – The Adventures Continue at 19 minutes, Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy at 12 minutes, Muppet*Vision 3D at 11 minutes, and Walt Disney Presents at 6 minutes.
Animal Kingdom
Hopping over to Animal Kingdom, the ride with the longest average wait time this week was, yet again, Avatar Flight of Passage at 78 minutes.
Then, we had Na’vi River Journey at 38 minutes, Kilimanjaro Safaris at 31 minutes, and Kali River Rapids at 30 minutes.
Following behind was Expedition Everest at 21 minutes, DINOSAUR at 17 minutes, It’s Tough to Be a Bug at 9 minutes, Triceratop Spin at 6 minutes, and Gorilla Falls Exploration Trail at 0 minutes.
