Hello, everyone! Happy Halloween! As we all know, Halloween officially starts when Disney World starts decorating for the holiday, and now that we’ve attended the first After Hours Boo Bash, we’re celebrating the spooky season!
That means we’re busy trying all the new Halloween snacks, too, including a Witch’s Hat Mousse, an egg slushy (!!!), and a drink with a ring pop in it. How fun! But we’re still keeping an eye on Disney World restaurant menu updates, too, so let’s get down to business (and if you didn’t start singing “to defeat the Huns” after that we’re disappointed)!
Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Rosie’s All-American Cafe
The dessert menu at Rosie’s is COMPLETELY gone! Instead, it’s been replaced with the aforementioned Witch’s Hat Mousse.
But considering the previous menu included desserts you can get elsewhere at Hollywood Studios, this isn’t a huge surprise. So don’t worry, you can still get the Strawberry Shortcake Verrine at Catalina Eddie’s. However, it seems that the Snacking Sandwich Cookie is gone from everywhere for now.

Disney’s Beach Club Resort
Beach Club Marketplace
If you’re grabbing breakfast from Beach Club Marketplace, you’ve got some new sides to choose from. Here’s what’s been added:
- Side of Breakfast Potatoes for $4.49
- Side of Bacon (three slices) for $2.99
- Side of Pork Sausage (three pieces) for $2.99
- Side of Scrambled Eggs for $2.99
- Side of Biscuits (two warm biscuits) for $1.49

Disney’s Contemporary Resort
California Grill
California Grill is one of the best spots for sushi at Disney World, but there have been a few changes to the Sushi part of the menu. The Yellow Fin Tuna Tasting has been removed from the menu.
But there’s a new roll you can try out here! The Cascade Roll is made with Tuna, Salmon and Hamachi Poke, Jicama, Cucumber, Yuzu- Avocado Puree, Masago Arare and Soy Gel for $26.

- The Carnivore Signature Skillet is now served with House-made Cornbread with Honey Butter, Maple-Chipotle Barbecued Slow-smoked Pork Ribs, Oak-smoked Beef Brisket, Barbecued Pulled Pork, Citrus-Herb Chicken, Country Potatoes, Buttered Corn, Charred Carrots. The price has also increased from $22 to $24 per person.
The Kids’ Menu has a new entree: Grilled Chicken Breast, which is served with a choice of two Selections and a choice of Small Lowfat Milk, Small Dasani Water, or Small Minute Maid Apple Juice for $10.

Does DFB have any insight on why Garden Grill breakfast has disappeared for October?
I was so excited to book it when my ADR window opened yesterday but now only lunch and dinner are offered – so disappointed!
DFB Sarah says
Sam, since reopening, Garden Grill has only been open for lunch and dinner. No word on when breakfast might resume, but we will update when Disney releases the info!
