In case you haven’t heard, the Halloween season has officially arrived at the Disneyland Resort! We’ve been trying some of their spooky snacks today, including the Trick-or-Treat Sundae and the Halloween Grey Stuff!
We now find ourselves at Lamplight Lounge in Pixar Pier at Disney California Adventure, where guests can order a fun Halloween variation of their nachos!
The Ghost Pepper Nachos are a plate full of house-made green tortilla chips, ghost pepper cheese sauce, ghost pepper-marinated steak, refried black beans, tomatillo avocado salsa, tomato, and cilantro.
While the name “Ghost Pepper Nachos” implies that these could be ultra-spicy (Ghost Peppers are among the spiciest peppers in the world!), we found these to be pretty mild to us! There was definitely a kick, but nothing overwhelming.
The cheese sauce also had a little bit of a kick to it but again, it wasn’t too much to handle. Â The steak was a bit chewy at times, but overall it was a good addition to the nachos and had some spice too!
The tomatoes were fairly fresh and added a nice refreshing feel to the dish! This is a great bite that has just the right amount of spice!
Overall, if you’re looking for a filling meal that isn’t too spicy, this is a great option! They are a little pricey at $21, so keep that in mind! We’ll continue to make our way around the Disneyland Resort trying their fall and Halloween snacks, so be sure to follow along for the latest news and updates!

This is fake news, we looked everywhere they no longer exist.
DFB Sarah says
John, we had them on September 3 at Lamplight Lounge. Of course, menus are subject to change without notice at the Disney Parks, so they may have been removed.
