We’ve loved eating at restaurants like Jaleo, Homecomin’ by Chef Art Smith, and Wine Bar George. But one Disney Springs restaurant is focusing on the drinks this month! The House of Blues Orlando is celebrating a very important holiday all month long.

At the House of Blues, they’re celebrating National Bourbon Heritage Month by bringing back the Bourbon Fest!

Bourbon Fest 2021 will be happening all September long, with Heaven’s Door Whiskey — co-created with Bob Dylan — as the headlining drink.

You can stop in now through the end of the month to try Bourbon Flights, In-house Barrel-Aged Bourbon, and Bourbon-flavored treats!

The Bourbon Flights on the menu will have:

Heaven’s Door: Straight Bourbon, Double Barrel Whiskey and Straight Rye
Maker’s Mark: Straight Bourbon, 46 and Cask Strength
Kentucky Classics: Old Forester 86, Woodford Reserve, Elijah Craig

You can also get some featured cocktails, like these:

Barrel Brew: Old Forester 86 bourbon, espresso infused Carpano Antica Formula sweet vermouth, Giffard Vanille de Madagascar
Beast of Bourbon: Knob Creek 9-Year bourbon, maple syrup, chocolate bitters, orange

Inside the House of Blues

If you’d rather eat your Bourbon, there are a few themed snacks, including one of our all-time favorites — Bourbon Bread Pudding! This bread pudding is might be the best on property, and we know that’s saying a LOT with other options like ‘Ohana’s bread pudding on the table. The drinks and live music at House of Blues are great and all, but really this dessert is the main reason to go! The bread pudding has bourbon butter and toffee sauce on top, and y’all…it is HEAVEN.

For a savory Bourbon-themed snack, House of Blues is also bringing back the Yardbird, which is Bourbon-butter-brushed fried chicken breast, with slaw, seasoned mayo, and dill pickles (also available simply grilled).

Head into House of Blues to enjoy the Bourbon celebration, which starts at 11:30AM on weekdays and 10AM on weekends. You can also catch live music there in the courtyard in the evenings on weekdays and starting at 12PM on weekends.
