Back in July, mask policies changed in Disney World and mask policies recently were updated again slightly. Currently, Disney requires all guests ages 2 and older to wear masks indoors and on most forms of transportation.
Over the past few weeks and months, we’ve seen some price changes when it comes to face masks, and for a time it was pretty difficult to even find Disney masks in the parks. Today, we saw masks available in Disney World, but there’s a BIG reason why you wont want to buy them in the parks.
At EPCOT, we noticed that face masks are now being sold for $19.99 for a set of 2 masks. This comes just months after we saw major sales and discounts when it comes to face masks on shopDisney and also buy one, get one free sales in Disney World.
Back when we saw buy one, get one free sales in Disney World, a single mask cost $9.99, meaning you could get 2 for that price. Now, a two-pack of masks in Disney World generally costs $19.99.
So, why SHOULDN’T you buy these 2-packs of masks in Disney World for $19.99? Well, you can actually get the 2-pack of Mickey Mouse Hearts Masks for $11.99 on shopDisney. Again, that’s $11.99 for a 2-pack of masks online, versus $19.99 for a 2-pack of masks in the parks.
This set is limited-release and includes one mask with “I Heart Mickey” written on the front, and the other with a print of little Mickeys among red hearts.

You can also get the 2-pack of Walt Disney World masks for $11.99 online.
Again, that’s an $8 difference than the price for a 2-pack of masks in the parks.

You can also get a some 4-pack of masks on shopDisney right now for $19.99, like this set of Stitch masks. Yes, that’s 4 masks online for the price of 2 in the parks.
This pack of four masks comes in four different prints inspired by Stitch from Lilo & Stitch, and there are currently four sizes available, including youth small and medium, and adult large and extra large.

Disney, stop trying to pick our pockets by charging $19.99 for two face masks. Is there nothing you would not do to separate your guests from their money.
DFB Sarah says
Lois, we expect your MagicBand will have all of your plans attached as long as the MagicBand is associated with your account.
DFB Sarah says
Sean, Disney hasn’t released this yet.

Please put a date at the top of your article’s. With the ever changing COVID details its hard to tell if you are ready the latest news. Thank-you.

Agree with Sharon, the articles need dates.
We just got back from our WDW trip and I saw exactly zero masks for sale anywhere in the park. Even asking a cast member got nothing. You’d think with the current state of things and the requirement to wear them, they’d be front and center, but nada.
