Over 150 NEW food and drink items will be available throughout Disney World’s theme parks and resorts as part of the big 50th Anniversary celebrations.
We’ve already shared the FULL list of new treats coming to Disney World, and we got a special first look at the ones over at EPCOT. Today, we got a first look at some of the new items coming to Magic Kingdom. If you love Mr. Toad, the Haunted Mansion, and really all things related to Disney snacks, you aren’t going to want to miss out some of these!
Let’s go through Magic Kingdom land-by-land and get a sneak peek at some of the NEW eats!
Main Street, U.S.A.
On Main Street, U.S.A. at the Plaza Restaurant you’ll find quite a few new dishes. Today, we got a sneak peek at the Monte Cristo Sandwich. This dish is made of deep-fried funnel cake batter with bacon, roasted turkey, and provolone sprinkled with EARidescent and powdered sugar served with a side of strawberry jam.
We also got a look at the Cheers to 50 Years! sundae coming to the Plaza.
This treat features chocolate and vanilla ice cream, brownies, cupcakes, cookie crumbles, pretzel rods, and hot fudge topped with whipped cream, EARidescent sugar, and a Mickey pretzel drizzled with caramel and chocolate icing (serves 4-6).

Over at Tony’s Town Square Restaurant you’ll find the Five Alarm Wings. These wings are tossed in a sweet-and-spicy heat served with ranch dressing for dipping.
Want some dessert? You can hop over to Casey’s Corner for the Pressed Penny Silk Pie.
This is made of a chocolate tart shell, silky chocolate filling, sweet whipped cream, and a chocolate-pressed penny.
We love that pressed penny design in the middle!
Fantasyland
At Be Our Guest Restaurant, you’ll find the Squids Revenge Drink!
This is a michelada with a salted rim and garnished with charred octopus and cucumber. Watch out — the octopus is back and ready to attack!
At The Friar’s Nook you’ll be able to grab The Toad Burger, which is a brat burger served on a bun with lettuce, tomato, pickle, and American cheese. We cannot get over how this one looks — this is a treat you’ll want to get on Instagram for sure!
At Pinocchio Village Haus you’ll be able to grab a specialty flatbread. The flatbread that Disney has shared details about so far is the Korean Short Rib Flatbread which features Korean barbecue, shredded beef, mozzarella, and red cabbage slaw drizzled with spicy ginger mayonnaise.
But, during our media preview event today, a Cast Member indicated that the flatbread is based off of “it’s a small world” and will actually change over time to represent different countries and cultures!
Liberty Square
At Columbia Harbour House, Haunted Mansion fans will find the Happy Haunts Milkshake. This treat is made with a blackberry milkshake topped with a purple chocolate-glazed doughnut covered with black sprinkles.
We especially loved the themed straw that was featured with it!
You can get more of those Haunted Mansion vibes at Sleepy Hollow with The Doom Berry.
This colorful drink is a Blackberry and Ginger Beer.
Tomorrowland
At Auntie Gravity’s Galactic Goodies you’ll be able to snag the Uncle Orville Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow Sundae. Yes, that is a sundae in a bathtub!!
The sundae is made of chocolate and vanilla soft-serve, brownie pieces, hot fudge, and whipped cream topped with red, white, and blue sprinkles served in a “bathtub”.”
If you’re in the mood for a burger, you can stop by Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe for the Mission to Mars.
This is a burger topped with bacon and macaroni & cheese served on a bun dusted with crushed cheese-flavored puffs. Cheesy!
Outdoor Kiosks
At outdoor kiosks around Magic Kingdom, you’ll want to look for the Dumbo Churros.
These are churros rolled in peanut dust and served with chocolate dipping sauce in a Dumbo-themed churro bag. We have a feeling our elephant friend would approve!
And finally, we got a look at something that will actually be available at select table-service restaurants, lounges, and pool bars throughout the four Disney World Theme Parks and Resorts — the EARidescent Sip-a-bration!
This is a non-alcoholic beverage that consists of Minute Maid Premium Lemonade and fruity strawberry punch, and it is served in a souvenir 50th Celebration Cup.
Each drink is served with a surprise character! What you’ll do is dunk that character into the drink…
…and that will cause the drink to change colors!

Who on earth thought peanut DUST was a good idea to introduce?!? Peanuts in their whole or even chopped form are pretty easy to avoid if you are allergic but there is no escaping the dust. Especially if these are going to be made on site, at the cart. Jeez! Who do I contact about the fact that they’re making Disney a DEADLY place to visit for kids like my son?

Can you make a list or find out if anything is or can be made gluten free (for example, can the monte cristo be called in to be made gluten free like at Blue Bayou and Cafe Orleans at Disneyland?)
