When it comes to picking a Disney World resort, there are a TON of choices. You’ve got Disney-owned and operated hotels that hit all three budget price points: value, moderate, and deluxe.

You’ve also got third party-owned off-site hotels, as well as onsite hotels owned by third parties, like the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin. And today, we have a first look at a NEW third party-owned onsite hotel!

We’re talking about the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve Hotel. Although the hotel is set to open in late October (it was previously delayed several times), we still got to take a tour of it and see what it’s all about. Can we say that this hotel is gorgeous? Inside, the color scheme is warm ivories and golds.

There’s also a huge bar to enjoy with comfortable seating — and beautiful hardwood floors.

Amare Restaurant will serve up Mediterranean fare.

We previously got a sneak peek at the rooms from the hotel’s website, but now we’ve actually seen them with our own eyes! But first, here’s a peek at the hallways.

Needless to say, the Swan Reserve Hotel is not like any other hotel on Disney World property. Every room has floor-to-ceiling windows and dare we say, the view is great!

Here’s a first look at the hotel’s pool!

The hotel is easy walking distance to Disney’s Hollywood Studios, EPCOT, and the Skyliner. Reservations are open, so book your stay if you want to visit Disney World’s newest hotel! Stay tuned because we’ll be putting up a full tour of the hotel soon, which will include a peek at the amazing event space at the top of the hotel.
