Disney World Extends Select Park Hours in October

We’re constantly looking for changes when it comes to Disney World’s construction projects, refurbishments, weather, and park hours so that we can help you best plan your upcoming trip.

Today, we spotted some changes when it comes to park hours this month at select Disney World theme parks! If you’re heading to Disney World soon, you’ll definitely want to know about these updates as they could help you spend a little extra time in the parks.

Both Disney’s Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom recently updated their hours to add some extra time. The updated park hours apply to several days in October, and they start tomorrow.

Animal Kingdom

Animal Kingdom is going to stay open until 8PM (instead of 7PM) from October 13th through the 16th…

…October 20th through the 23rd…

…and October 27th through the 30th.

So if you’ll be in this wild park on those days, you’ll get a little extra time to enjoy it!

But that’s not all — Magic Kingdom will stay open until 10PM (instead of 9PM) on October 16th…

Make sure to mark your calendars so that you can take advantage of this extra time in the park! And be sure to check those hours as your trip gets closer because things are subject to change.
