For a while now, we’ve been able to say “hello” to Mickey, Minnie, and more Disney pals through distanced photo ops and character cavalcades.
But, soon character meet-and-greets will be returning to Disney World in a modified way. In October 2021, Disney announced that character meet-and-greets would be coming back with changes. Just what characters will you be able to see in the parks with these modified meet-and-greets? We’ve got a list right here!

Also, there are many random character pop-ups you’ll find around Disney World — be sure to check the My Disney Experience app for updated times and to see which characters will be out and about!
We’ll keep an eye out for more updates on this and we’ll let you know what we find!

This is great news! Though I’m going Nov. 7-16- I’d be super-bummed if these only returned AFTER I was gone.
DFB Sarah says
Brandon, I don’t think we know that yet. I’ll make sure the team looks into it.
