Frontera Cocina in Disney Springs is a restaurant by James Beard Award-Winning Chef Rick Bayless that food inspired by the cuisine of Oaxaca, Mexico.
We enjoy almost everything we try at this spot and recently, Frontera Cocina announced new additions to their delicious menu!
Three new items are coming to Frontera for the Fall, specifically a new guacamole dish, a new salad, and a new entree! The new guacamole dish, the Cranberry-JÃcama Guacamole features Mezcal-infused Cranberries, JÃcama, Red Onion, and Cilantro.
The new salad called the Fall Ensalada features a number of seasonal ingredients, reflecting the changing of the seasons! The dish features Field Greens, Cranberries, Candied Neuske Bacon, Bartlett Pears, Goat Cheese, Toasted Pepitas, and Sweet-Smoky Chipotle Vinaigrette.
The new entree, a Carnitas Enchilada, has Just-Made Corn Tortillas, Gunthorp Farms Slow-Cooked Pork Carnitas, Roasted Butternut, Cranberry-Infused Red Mole, Chihuahua Cheese, Crema, and Black Beans.
