Recently, we made our way over to this shopping, dining, and entertainment spot to see what’s new. From a new drink flight to vegan treats, we had a delicious time. Join us now for a virtual trip around Disney Springs!
Disney Springs Food Updates
Frontera Cocina
Are you a fan of Mexican food? Then Frontera Cocina should probably be on your need-to-try list in Disney Springs. This spot was created by James Beard Award-Winning Chef Rick Bayless with food inspired by the cuisine of Oaxaca, Mexico. We’ve enjoyed many a meal here, but recently Frontera Cocina shared that 3 NEW dishes have been added to their menu!
There will be a new Cranberry-Jicama Guacamole, a fall-inspired salad, and some new Carnitas Enchiladas! So, if you’re looking for something new to try at this spot, be sure to check those out.

The Polite Pig
The Polite Pig is a fan-favorite spot in Disney Springs. While many of its classic dishes are beloved, this spot has also been knocking it out of the park with new, limited-time seasonal dishes. Recently, The Polite Pig shared details about their NEW seasonal side dish — BBQ Au Gratin!
This new dish will feature Potatoes, a Cream Sauce, and Smoked Grated Gouda. Sounds like a WIN to us! These seasonal sides are only available for a limited time, so be sure to ask if it’s available during your visit.

Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew
Speaking of limited time items, over at Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew, the time has arrived for a Halloween donut!!
The Great Pumpkin Donut is topped with vanilla icing, sprinkles, candy corn buttercream, and pumpkin-shaped marshmallow candies. It’s available right now through October 31st, so be sure to act fast if you want to try this sweet treat!

Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’
Want to try a moonshine drink from Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’, but you can’t decide which one to get? Then you might want to check out the Moonshine Flight!
The flight is priced at $32 and comes with 5 selections — Sweet Tea Shine, Moonshine Margarita, Blue Hooch, Rum Punch, and Strawberry Lemonade. The flight gives you 7oz per drink. Whether you get it just to taste different options or to share with friends, it could be a fun way to get a sampling of a whole bunch of moonshine options!

Vivoli il Gelato
If, after eating new dishes, seasonal sides, and more, you’re still hungry in Disney Springs, you could stop by Vivoli il Gelato to grab a NEW beer & sorbet creation!
The Corona Lime Float from Vivoli features Corona beer, lime sorbet, and a candied lime gummy for garnish. It was an interesting combo that gave us the flavor of Corona without a true beer flavor.

Erin McKenna’s Bakery NYC
We ended our treat expedition around Disney Springs with a sweet treat over at Erin McKenna’s Bakery NYC that celebrates Disney World’s 50th Anniversary!
The 1971 Brownie from Erin McKenna’s is a chocolate brownie covered in a colorful blue and purple icing with a 50 written in yellow icing on the top.
And, the best part?! Like other treats at this fantastic spot, it’s gluten free and vegan! The brownie was wonderfully fluffy and light and the icing was light too. If you have dietary restrictions and want a dessert that isn’t too heavy, this could be a good pick for your next time in Disney Springs!

Disney Springs Merchandise Updates
In terms of merchandise, if you’re hunting down that seriously ADORABLE Mickey Mouse 50th Anniversary popcorn bucket, we spotted him over at Disney Springs, along with some other 50th-themed popcorn items.
Be sure to look for him on your next trip!
