From the reopening of Disney’s Port Orleans Resorts and the return of (modified) character meet and greets, Disney World is continuing to return to normal.
A special room category available at some Disney World Resort hotels, known as Club Level, has returned to a few Disney World Resort hotels, and now a few more have been added to the schedule! If you prefer to book a Club Level room at Disney World, you need to read on.
Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, Yacht Club, and Beach Club Resorts are now scheduled to reopen Club Level rooms soon! Club Level rooms have already reopened at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Disney’s BoardWalk Resort, Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, and Disney’s Contemporary Resort.
Club Level rooms typically offer guests extra amenities like the Club Level Lounge, which features a continental breakfast, hot samples from Resort restaurants, evening wine and beer selections, and desserts and cordials. Guests also have access to a Concierge Desk and even help with planning before visiting.
Disney’s Yacht Club Club Level rooms will reopen on January 20th, 2022, followed by the Beach Club on January 27th. The Polynesian Village Resort Club Levels will reopen on February 3rd, 2022.
We’ll be watching closely for more updates, so keep checking back with DFB for more Disney World news!

Animal Kingdom Lodge club level opened in August. We stayed there in early October.
Just stayed a week+ on the concierge level at Contemporary Resort. The concierge staff is amazing. All are so professional and personable!! The resort remodel and theming are tastefully done and elevate the feel of the resort. The mid-century modern vibe is great for the CR which opened in 1971. The food choices on the concierge floor are limited and repetitive but very yummy. (I think when they are up to speed there may be more variety. A soup selection each day would be a nice addition. They are taking care to be cautious with Covid. The parker house rolls are soooo good.) We sure did miss the homemade chips but sushi daily was a hit for my significant other. Breakfast had at least one hot offering, with bread service, yogurt, fruit and charcuterie. Lunch is more of a snack offering with packaged chips, candy, sliced apples, mini carrots, grapes etc. Dinner is four hot offerings, two oriented more to adults and two orientated to children. However, who doesn’t like mac and cheese and mini corn dogs?? There are small plate offerings and sushi each day. The presentation of the foods is fun. The cauliflower salad, lime chicken, and lettuce wedges were favorites of mine. Evening desserts are small in size so you may try more than one. The cookies with coconut are delicious as are the chocolate ones. There is also a variety of drinks and adult beverages offered across the course of the day. The staff makes the stay so nice and are available to assist with reservations and tech help with the new Genie+ and Lightening Lane.
Su Goods, thank you so much for sharing all of this!
