There are some foods at Disney World that we just can’t get enough of.
Plastic cheese, cheeseburger pods, dole whip, corn dog nuggets — we could go on and on! And, one of our absolute favorite things to eat in Disney World are the noodles over at ‘Ohana in Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. We’ve had some ups and downs with the dish, like when they weren’t on the menu when the restaurant reopened in July (they were later brought back!). But, we unfortunately have some very sad news again about one of our favorite side dishes.
Our beloved ‘Ohana noodles are no longer being served at Tambu Lounge at the Polynesian.
We stopped by today and the noodles were off of the menu of small bites. A Cast Member told us it’s because there is currently a noodle shortage, so they are only serving the dish at ‘Ohana.
The Cast Member was hopeful that the noodles would be put back on the menu once the shortage is over.
So, if you’re trying to grab some delicious noodles without eating at ‘Ohana, we’re afraid you are out of luck. We’ll keep you updated on the situation, so stay tuned to DFB for more.

The noodles were never on the menu. They were out of a “secret” menu

Sadly Disney has fallen into a habit of increasing prices while reducing choice or benefits. Menus are a perfect example, prices continue to go up and up while choices and quality go down.
I am a life long Disney fan (first trip, Disneyland 1958 and I saw Walt), now living in Florida to be close to the WORLD.
With the costs going up and the value going down, it is getting harder to justify in my mind being an annual passport holder or enjoying the dining.
