It’s the holiday season in Disney World, and that means that there are tons of new treats to try!
We’ve seen festive snacks in the parks already, but now it’s time to branch out and try some treats in Disney Springs. We’re heading to Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar to check out the holiday overlay and try some drinks and eats!
First of all, can we just stop and admire the festive fun that is Jock Lindsey’s Holiday Bar?
The Christmas-y additions to this place are seriously over-the-top, but we don’t mind one bit. Outside, you can already spot TONS of tinsel and a few wreaths!
Once inside, you’ll spot how truly festive this lounge can get.
The ceiling is lined with elaborate tinsel…
…there are elves on the walls…
…wreaths are decked out with little airplanes…
…Christmas lights abound…
…and the corner booth is looking EXTRA inviting.
And there’s SO. MUCH. MORE.
Make sure you look around when you stop by!

But let’s get sippin’! There are THREE drinks for the holiday bar. The first is the Yule Mule, a sip made with Bombay Sapphire, cranberry juice, rosemary simple syrup, lime juice, and ginger beer for $13.
This was a basic but great drink! It would have been cool to have a little more holiday flavor, but if you like a mule then this one could be a good choice.
Next, we tried out the Claus Mo made with Absolut Citron, Cointreau, lime juice, cranberry juice, and shimmer for $16.
This one was basically a normal cosmo…but GLITTERY. It had a great balance of tartness and sweetness. If we wanted a tried and true classic, we would certainly go for this one again!
Unfortunately, Jock’s was out of creme de menthe so we couldn’t try the third drink. But when the Elf Elixer does debut, it will be a mix of white creme de cacao, green creme de menthe, and half and half.
And now it’s time to EAT! First on our list is the Venison Slider.
This bad boy is made with venison sausage patties, arugula, tomato, and cranberry aïoli on house-made buns. You can order it for $14.
These were tasty! It’s certainly a thicker piece of meat on the sliders. They have great texture and we loved the cranberry aioli on them. The holiday vibes were strong.
Next up is the Fried Brussels Sprouts.
They’re served with a bacon vinaigrette for $8.
Nothing too fancy going on here! These were plain fried brussels sprouts. If you’re a brussels fan, you’ll like them. BUT, we definitely prefer the brussels sprouts nearby at Polite Pig.
You’ll also find the Holiday Lights Deviled Eggs on the menu for a limited time.
They have colored deviled eggs with tobiko and shrimp. You can order this dish for $12.
This has been a favorite in years past! They’re not overly spicy but they have a great simple flavor and the shrimp add an awesome touch. Plus, the dish is presented VERY well. It’s certainly a staple at this holiday-themed bar.
Next up is the Ham and Brie Flatbread for $9.
It’s made with shaved ham, brie cheese, pomegranate seeds, granny smith apples, apple vinaigrette, and watercress.
Jock’s makes a great flatbread and this one was no different. We could’ve used a touch more brie, but otherwise, the flavors here were great! This might not be the most themed of the dishes, but it would go well with any of Jock’s cocktails.
The Cookies and Milk dish consists of a variety of assorted cookies and coquito.
You can purchase this holiday treat for $27.
If you swap the coquito for milk, this dessert is $9.
And this dessert is a BIG winner at Jock Lindsey’s Holiday Bar. We love how creative this dessert is and you’d be hardpressed to find something more Christmas-y than a plate of cookies and milk.
Our favorite of the cookies was the frosted gingerbread one but all of them were tasty!

It’s a cookies and cream ganache “coal” for $12. Look at the amazing presentation!
Ding, ding, ding! We have a winner! The presentation is show-stopping and the ganache goes so well with the icing for dipping.
Maybe we WANT to end up on the naughty list so Santa brings us more of these!
