Ah, Corn Dog Nuggets, is there a better savory treat you could eat? This classic treat, which you can find at Casey’s Corner in Magic Kingdom, pairs very nicely with a cup of plastic cheese (the delicious dip that’s so good, we made t-shirt’s about it!).
You might know that this treat can be found at multiple Disney World parks, but did you know you can find these tasty morsels OUTSIDE the parks?
Over at Fort Wilderness, while you can find popular offerings like Hoop Dee Doo Musical Revue (which is currently not available), Trail’s End, and P & J’s Southern Takeout. But did you know that this resort also has a nighttime food truck that serves the legendary Corn Dog Nuggets?!
The Chuck Wagon is a food truck located near the Chip ‘n’ Dale Campfire Sing-a-long that’s known for its s’mores making kits! However, it’s also home to the iconic savory treat we all know and love. It’s important to note that the Chuck Wagon is typically open at night, with the truck opening around 5PM every night.
At this truck, you’ll find a range of hot dog-based options, including the All-Beef Hot Dog with French Fries, the All-Beef Chili Cheese Hot Dog, and of course, those delicious Corn Dog Nuggets with French Fries!
The Corn Dog Nuggets and Fries are available for $8.99 at the Chuck Wagon! We snagged some for comparison’s sake and have to say, we loved this treat. The nuggies had a nice crispy breading that was just a hint sweet. And of course, there was a  delicious, juicy mini hot dog inside each nugget.
One of the things we really love about these nuggets is the nice ratio between the batter and the hot dog. There’s just a perfect coating of batter around these mini hot dogs, giving a nice, balanced flavor!
These are a seriously delicious treat, plus you get a nice healthy portion of nuggets and fries! If you’re near Fort Wilderness or you’re heading to the Chip ‘n’ Dale Campfire Sing-a-long, it’s worth it to take a pit stop and get some of these delicious crispy bites!
However, this isn’t the only time you’ll find a delicious Disney treat at a resort hotel! Over at Port Orleans — French Quarter, you can find delicious Mickey Beignets at Scat Cat’s Club Café. Whether you’re looking for classic, fluffy beignets or a more boozy version, they’ve got you covered!
Sometimes, resort hotels even have treats that you can’t find in the parks (and are arguably better than some of the snacks in the parks!). One case is the legendary Tonga Toast, which you can find at Capt. Cook’s and Kona Café in Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort!
