If you’ve been to Disney World multiple times and stay at one of the Disney owned- and operated-resort hotels, then you’re likely familiar with their hotel refillable mugs. Over the years these mugs have become quite the popular collector’s item, with new designs and colors popping up from time to time.
50th Anniversary Resort Refillable Mugs
Earlier this year, we saw the return of an old design on Disney’s Halloween refillable mugs, so we were hoping we could at least get something new and interesting for the holiday season!
We were at Beach Club Marketplace today at Disney’s Beach Club Resort and happened to notice that the usual lineup of refillable mugs looked a little different — the holiday mugs have arrived!

When we took a closer look, however, we noticed that this year’s refillable mugs feature the SAME design as we’ve seen in past years. In fact, this is now the third year in a row we’ve seen this design!
Oh no! The same design AGAIN!?
The holiday refillable resort mugs feature Mickey and the gang in their new cartoon series design, all joined together in a fun sleigh ride. That means that, once again, if you want a holiday refillable mug, you have to stare into the eyes of the new cartoon version of Goofy (which some might find…unsettling) while you take a sip of your favorite beverage.
It’s cute, but we were hoping for a new design!
The festive refillable mugs are available for $19.99 each, and if you’re staying on Disney World property, you’re able to use them for free refills at the Disney hotels throughout your trip!

I bought a refillable cup on our last visit but never used it , can I bring it with me on our next visit to use ?
Ginny, we’ve gotten mixed info about that whenever we’ve asked. In all likelihood, you would not be able to use it. But you could bring it to check at the front desk and/or Quick Service dining location to see if it can be reactivated. You’d have to pay the same amount of money for the length of stay refills either way.
