Welcome back to Magic Kingdom!
We like to come by the park regularly to make sure we’re keeping up with everything going on so we can keep you updated! So, let’s take a look at what’s new at Magic Kingdom.
Magic Kingdom Food Updates
Snack Carts
Frozen chocolate-covered bananas have officially been added to the snack cart menus around the park!
The menus were reprinted to include the returning snack and update prices that recently increased.

Cheshire Cafe
Cheshire Cafe was still closed when we checked a few days ago…
…but then this weekend, the spot opened again!
We tried the new Mad Hatter’s Unbirthday Tea at the cafe that’s there for the 50th anniversary. It’s a frozen black tea with mango and frozen sour apple on top, garnished with whipped cream and a white chocolate 10/6 piece.
And, we liked this drink a lot more than the other two slushes we’ve tried here for the 50th!

Storybook Treats
We recently found out that ice cream cones themed to ALL SEVEN Dwarfs would be at Storybook Treats. The cones rotate, so there is only one of the Dwarfs available at a time, and right now there is a new Doc Cone!
We really enjoyed this one — it’s a caramel and chocolate espresso soft serve twist with a yellow white chocolate belt buckle and a Doc medallion in a small waffle cone.

Aloha Isle
The middle menu at Aloha Isle was blank the last time we went by.
Disney could be reprinting the menus here to show the new price increases!

Main Street Confectionery
Main Street Confectionery was out of Rainbow Popcorn the last time we visited. Instead, the empty spaces were filled with Cheddar Popcorn.
We’ll let you know if we see the Rainbow Popcorn return!
Magic Kingdom Construction Updates
Splash Mountain is now closed for routine maintenance, and there are walls blocking off the ride!
We spotted some workers up on the mountain recently.
And, the wait time was listed at 5 minutes above the entrance to the ride, even though it’s closed! That would be a VERY long 5 minute wait.
Splash Mountain is scheduled to reopen on February 10th, 2022.
