Okay, Disney fans, who’s excited about this year’s D23 Expo? The event is making its comeback this year after the 2021 event was canceled, and there are a lot of BIG things in store for attendees!

In addition to the return of the Mousequerade Costume Contest, attendees will get to see Walt Disney’s original plane, get an opportunity to buy some exclusive merchandise, and get to attend some awesome panels and events! And they’ll also be the first to learn about new Disney projects, including TV shows, movies, theme park attractions, and more!

The D23 Expo will be held at the Anaheim Convention Center on September 9th, 10th, and 11th. If you want to be in the room…err…convention center… where it happens (yes, that’s a Hamilton reference), you need to head on over to the D23 Expo website RIGHT NOW to grab tickets that are now available to the general public.

Heads up, you may enter a virtual queue when hoping to purchase. We clicked in right when the tickets went on sale and were placed in a queue of over 1,000. Moments later, the queue was above 4,000.

Be sure to note that you must be a member of D23: The Official Disney Fan Club to buy tickets for the expo. There are three membership levels you can sign up for, including the Gold Membership ($99 per year), the Gold Duo Membership ($129.99 per year), and the General Membership (Free). ALL membership types, including those at the free level, will be the only people who will be able to buy tickets.

Ticket prices for D23 Gold Members are $89 for single-day tickets and $229 for 3-day tickets. For those who are D23 General Members, tickets are $99 for single-day tickets and $279 for 3-day tickets. Tickets for children ages 3-12 are $79 for single-day tickets and $209 for 3-day tickets.

There’s also another ticket option: the D23 Gold Member Exclusive Hall D23 Preferred Seating Ticket. For $899, you get 3 days at the convention, as well as reserved seating for ALL Hall D23 presentations (this really is the room where it all happens!).

Note that tickets went on sale early for members who are also VISA cardholders (VISA is the sponsor of this year’s event) and you may find yourself in a virtual queue to purchase; tickets are limited — jump on this fast! And we’ll keep you updated when we get more D23 news, so stay tuned!
