When preparing for a Disney World vacation with kids, there are a lot of things to consider!
You have to think about what rides your kids are tall enough to go on, which characters are a priority for them to see, and make sure they have the proper attire for whatever weather you may encounter. Another thing to think about is if you need a stroller for your trip. You can bring your own stroller, rent one through a stroller company, or rent a stroller through Disney. And, the Disney World strollers just got a big upgrade!
NEW Mickey and Minnie strollers have debuted in Disney World!
We spotted these new strollers today at Hollywood Studios today and they are so cute! They feature a red, black, and yellow color scheme and this new design will be replacing the previous plain beige strollers.
Ah…that new stroller smell!
These guys have Mickey Mouse on one side…
…and Minnie Mouse on the other!
There are both single and double strollers available.
They’re pretty snazzy, if we do say so ourselves!

This design has been used at Disneyland since last summer, and now we get them over in Disney World! Right now, stroller rentals are $15 per day or $13 per day if you get them for the length of your stay for single strollers, and $31 per day or $27 per day for the length of stay for double strollers. Children also must be 38 inches & 50 pounds or under to use the strollers.

Hi
Do you have to make a reservation for the rental stroller or is it first come first serve ?
DFB Gigi says
Hi China,
Thanks so much for reaching out! You do not have to reserve the strollers that are in the parks for your use, but they are first come, first served, so we recommend getting there early if you want a chance at possibly getting one of the newest strollers.

Does the 38 inch height requirement mean the child must be at least 38 inches? Or is that the maximum height? I have one child who is 40 inches and another who is 35 inches tall.
DFB Gigi says
Hi Colleen!
Thanks so much for reaching out! The height requirement is 38 inches and under & the weight requirement is 50 pounds or under to use the strollers.

What does the back of the stroller look like, is there any storage for items or not?
