D23, Disney’s official fan club, is throwing its most exciting event this year!
D23 Expo is a HUGE Disney fan event that features exclusive panels and events, special merchandise, and HUGE announcements regarding new Disney projects like TV shows, movies, theme park attractions, and more. Tickets JUST went on sale today and boy, did some of them go quick!Â
The D23 Expo lasts three days with tickets available for adults ($89-$99 for single-day tickets and $229-$279 for 3-day tickets) and kids ($79 for single-day tickets and $209 for 3-day tickets). But there was also a special preferred seating option for D23 Gold Members priced at $899 for a 3-day ticket.
The reason we say “was” is because these almost $900 tickets sold out just 7 MINUTES after ticket sales kicked off at 12PM PT today.
Yep, at the time of writing, Gold Member-exclusive Preferred Seating Tickets for D23 Expo are SOLD OUT. And this was AFTER a virtual queue of thousands.
Just thirty minutes after tickets went on sale, more ticket categories began to sell out. We spotted non-Gold Member three-day tickets become unavailable as well as Saturday tickets for Gold Members. Warning, though! With a refresh, some of these ticket options came back.
Regardless, it appears that tickets to this year’s D23 Expo will NOT last long, so hurry to buy tickets if you’re hoping to attend! Keep an eye on DFB for more updates.

While its not for me to tell people how to spend their money, I do hope they are getting more than just a little closer to the front for the extra cash. It looks like $200 more per day than the base price. Several times, for non Disney events, I paid a significant amount more for the next better tier of seating, only to sit one row closer than the much cheaper seat directly behind me.
