Do you have an artistic itch you need to scratch? If so, the official Disney Twitter account has you covered.
They posted a simple tutorial on how to draw Phineas and Ferb. Even if you’re a novice to drawing, they lay out the steps in a way that is simple for all artistic levels.
You may already know that you can participate in drawing classes at The Animation Experience, at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, as well for a limited time at the Animation Academy at EPCOT’s Festival of the Arts. But if you want to explore your artistic side until you can make it to Disney World-we’ve got you covered!
So follow along as we show you how to draw everyone’s favorite summer vacationers!
Steps
1. Simply start with a triangle and a tall rectangle. Make sure to do it in a lighter color! Then, about one-third of the way down add eyelines and then add curved arrow shapes for the mouths. Now you’ve already got a good outline!
2. Time for the eyes and ears! Draw big ovals for their eyes and a little circle for the ears. Ferb also gets a rounded square for his nose. Finish this step by drawing two crescents on top of their heads.
3. Now let’s add more detail! Draw in their eyes and pupils, then form their face by following the outline of the underdrawing.
4. To add even more detail, let’s add little 3s to their ears and small circles to their pupils. Then, add in the details to their hair.
5. Last step — draw in Phineas’s mouth, then add three dots to his head. Finally, draw on both collars.
