Disney Springs has become a mecca of snacks, treats, and unique dining experiences.

Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew (which is in Disney Springs) has a menu full of over-the-top treats. In addition to their regular menu options, we’ve also seen limited-time offerings pop up for almost every occasion. And now they’re bringing back one that is very tempting!

Recently, we saw on their Instagram that they’re bringing back their Mint Chocolate Chip Donut, which is inspired by the classic Thin Mint Girl Scout cookies.

This donut won our hearts last year. It’s everything you could want from a marriage between a donut and those addictive Girl Scout cookies: Classic Chocolate Iced Donut and topped with chocolate chips, mint icing, and Thin-Mint cookies. When we had it in 2021, we felt like the mint flavor went a long way but wasn’t too overpowering.

We still dream about that mint chocolatey combination. And if Thin Mints are your favorite cookie, you’ll definitely want to head over to Everglazed before the end of February to grab this limited-time special donut!
