While some people prefer the simplicity (and price) of Disney’s Value Resorts, others like the convenience and elegance of Disney’s Deluxe Resorts. Then, of course, many people opt for Disney’s Moderate Resorts, which offer a nice compromise of affordability and selection.

Pretty much every family you talk to will have a different answer, but today, we’re looking to some professionals to see which Disney hotels are ranked among the BEST in Orlando!
The U.S. News & World Report unveiled their list of the top hotels in Orlando. Some of the results may surprise you!
Top 25 Resorts
For the eighth year in a row, the Four Seasons Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort was ranked as the #1 best hotel in Orlando. Talk about a winning streak!

The U.S. News & World Report recognized the Four Seasons as a resort that consistently offers “high-quality amenities and exceptional experiences.” If you thought that was impressive, the wins keep on coming! The Four Seasons Resort Orlando was also ranked as the #3 Best Hotel in Florida.

With these honors, the U.S. News & World Report awarded the Four Seasons with a Gold Badge Ranking, meaning the hotel falls into the top 10% of the country’s best luxury hotels.

A little further down the list, Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa was ranked as the #6 best hotel in Orlando. The report states that the resort “caters to Disney-loving couples with its elegant atmosphere and numerous wedding venues.”

Taking the #14 spot is Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas — Kidani Village. This hotel is home to Sanaa, which is one of the many incredible restaurants in Animal Kingdom Lodge. If you’ve never been to Sanaa, try the bread service! It’s AMAZING!

Coming in right behind Animal Kingdom Lodge is Disney’s BoardWalk Inn at #15. Between its prime location and large selection of dining experiences, we’re not surprised this made the top 25!

Right across the water, Disney’s Yacht Club made the #16 spot, while Disney’s Beach Club Resort is #17. Those Deluxe Resorts are KILLING it!

Finally, the iconic Wilderness Lodge took the #19 spot in the best hotels in Orlando list.

That grand lobby alone is reason enough for the Wilderness Lodge to make the list!
Top 30+ Resorts
Interestingly, some of Disney’s other popular Deluxe Resorts were found much lower down in the list! Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge was ranked at the #27 spot, while Disney’s Contemporary Resort and Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort came in 31st and 32nd place. Â

The Four Seasons is the most incredible resort. It’s absolutely stunning and the pool / huge lazy river is such a relaxing way to spend a day. But the service is what sets it apart. Your needs are met before you even have to ask. They just really know what they’re doing.
