Disney World has all kinds of hotels, including the All-Star Sports Resort, which features larger-than-life sporting equipment. As fun as this hotel is, it might have some serious competition in Orlando soon!
Sports Illustrated is starting their own string of themed resorts, and one going to be built in Orlando! We’ve already got some concept art for this hotel, so now you can check out the hotel’s vibes and offerings.According to the Orlando Business Journal, Sports Illustrated is launching a string of their own themed resorts, which are going to be “premium, lifestyle properties with myriad outdoor activities.” The Sports Illustrated resort will open in Orlando in 2024, according to the schedule on their website.
More Sports Illustrated hotels will open in other locations, including one in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. This resort will open in 2022.
We have some concept art for the Orlando Sports Illustrated hotel, and it looks like this resort is going to have all kinds of fun activities! The images show a baseball field, pools, a lazy river, a “Naskart” track…
…as well as pool bars with TVs showing sporting events.
Sports Illustrated hasn’t yet announced an official location for this Orlando hotel.
The Orlando Business Journal reported that other activities at this hotel will include “golf, fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, horseback riding, water sports, zip-lining, biking, hiking, and more.”
As you might expect, there will also be live-action sports, restaurants, wellness centers, and entertainment.
