EPCOT has been on 🔥 lately with new merchandise!

Not only is the 2022 Flower and Garden Festival happening, but EPCOT also just released a huge new merchandise collection in one pavilion, along with a new drink, AND a fan-favorite cookie seems to be here to stay. Read all about it here!

EPCOT Food Updates

The Remy “Cheese” Cake is no longer available at Sunshine Seasons.  When we asked a Cast Member, they said it was gone for the foreseeable future.

Despite its appearance, this cheesecake was pretty much a normal cheesecake released in celebration of the opening of Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure. It seems to be gone for now, but we’ll be watching out for its return just in case!

The new Pand-Ade Boba Drink arrived at the Canada Popcorn Cart for the release of Turning Red, the newest Disney and Pixar movie premiering on Disney+ on March 11th. This drink is made with coconut-pomegranate lemonade with pomegranate boba pearls for $6.50, and it will be available from March 1st to May 31st.

We really enjoyed this drink, and it comes in a free plastic Turning Red souvenir cup! If you’re into coconut and boba drinks, this is definitely something you’d want to try.

The very popular Gingerbread Salted Caramel Buttercream Cookie Sandwich has been added to the year-round menu of Karamell-Kuche, according to a Cast Member we asked! Although it was once only available during the holiday season, it’s now available any time of year for $5.99.

This is a cookie made with buttercream frosting and salted caramel drizzle sandwiched between two gingerbread cookies, and we’ll be keeping an eye out for whether its availability changes.

EPCOT Construction Updates

Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind continues to undergo construction, presumably as Disney World prepares to open the ride as scheduled in summer 2022. We spotted Cast Members working on the roof this week…

…and more overall progress within the Xandar pavilion! We’re still waiting on an official opening date for the ride, but we’ll update you as soon as we know more.

In the Japan pavilion, construction continues on the walkway. This time, the construction has moved to the opposite side side of Japan.

Are you ready for all the new merchandise, because there’s a LOT!

Italy Pavilion

At La Bottega Italiana in the Italy pavilion, a whole new Limoncello Collection was released! This collection includes these Limoncello Saluti Minnie Ears for $29.99.

These ears come with sequin yellow ears, a blue and yellow bow, and a lemon charm in the center. Can you spot the hidden Mickey?

And we also spotted new Flower and Garden Festival Rain Boots for $59.99.

There was a new Beauty and the Beast Mug celebrating the 30th anniversary of the film for $19.99, with lots of different illustrations of Belle.

The illustrations are so different depending on which side of the mug you’re looking at!

There was a new Orange Bird 50th Anniversary Shirt by Reyn Spooner for $125.

And a new Dooney & Bourke collection was released, with this one featuring Pixar! The Large Tote Bag was $298…

And we spotted a big display of new Turning Red merchandise too, including apparel, hats, and plushes!

At Mitsukoshi, we found a new Kirby Cat Hat! Would you cat actually wear this?

There was also a new Kirby Backpack for $79.95.

And we found Hello Kitty Flavored Marshmallows, with the flavors of Matcha Green Tea and Tropical Pineapple.

Let’s move on to the UK.

United Kingdom Pavilion

The UK pavilion had a new Peter Pan Hat for $29.99.

Disney Traders had a new Kids Minnie Dress for $39.99.

China Pavilion

In the China pavilion, we found a new Dog Costume that we couldn’t quite figure out. Is it a bird? An owl? You tell us!

It has wings and a beak, so it’s some kind of winged creature!

And the Lays Chip packaging on the Sour Cream and Onion and BBQ was chips was a bit different.

Art of Disney had a new-to-us Ariel Figurine for $65.
