It’s out with the old and in with the new at Disney Springs! The snack stand Aristocrêpes is officially gone, and it’s been replaced with Swirls on the Water — a location that’s all about one of our FAVORITE Disney treats!
We’re visiting the Springs today to check out this new stand and try a few of the eats on the menu! Come along with us to see if this spot is worth a visit during your next Disney World trip.
You’ll find Swirls on the Water exactly where Aristocrêpes used to be — just behind Goofy’s Candy Company along the bridge that crosses the lake. It’s in the Marketplace section of Disney Springs.
Clearly we weren’t the only ones who wanted to try out this new spot!

The old stand sold different kinds of crêpes and bubble waffles, but now it’s entirely devoted to one main star: the DOLE Whip! There are several different kinds here, including soft-serve swirls, specialty offerings, and DOLE Whip floats.
If you loved those bubble waffles, never fear! We spotted a few different options over at the Marketplace Snacks booth, located nearby.
But back to the DOLE Whips, we decided to taste the 50th Celebration Cone for $5.49, which has DOLE Whip Lemon and Cookie Dough soft-serve swirled together in a cone with EAR-idescent sprinkles and a white chocolate Mickey decoration!
Lemon and Cookie Dough together? Sounds a little weird…but we actually thought the flavors kind of worked together. The lemon (the yellow part) cut through the sweetness of the cookie dough (the blue one), and the different flavors balanced each other out.
We think that anyone can enjoy these flavors, and we especially liked that cookie dough soft serve! And who can pass on such a cute treat?
We also grabbed the DOLE Whip Flight, which is a great option if you can’t choose just one flavor! The flight comes with three different DOLE Whip flavors, for $6.49 total. Ours included Habanero Lime, Pineapple and Vanilla Swirl, and Cookie Dough and Lemon Swirl (the same as the Celebration Cone).
This is a really fun and interesting way to try out a bunch of different DOLE Whip flavors. Altogether, there are 5 different flavors in this treat! Each is decorated to look really pretty, so it definitely makes a very Instagram-able dessert (although they melt quickly, so make sure you snap those photos fast!).
The Habanero Lime one has Tajin spice and a lime wedge, the Pineapple Vanilla one has a pineapple wedge, and Cookie Dough has a little Mickey sugar cookie on top (which was quite delicious)!
Okay, are you ready for these flavors? 👀

We enjoyed all of these DOLE Whips, and the most unusual one was definitely that Habanero Lime flavor. It had a bit of a kick to it from the Tajin seasoning, and we enjoyed that! Picky eaters or kids might shy away from it, but we think you’ll love it if you’re looking for a more adventurous option.
The Pineapple Vanilla and Cookie Dough flavors were more familiar, and we think any soft-serve fan will enjoy them. Overall, we think this is a super fun new snack stand, and we can’t wait to return to try out more treats here!
If you want to try out one of these treats, or any of the other offerings on the menu here (those Habanero Lime Nachos look interesting!), head to Swirls on the Water in Disney Springs! And keep following DFB for more of the latest Disney food updates.

I think that Dole Whip is starting to become too easily accessible. For decades it could only be found in the Magic Kingdom. Then it surfaced in Animal Kingdom and Polynesian followed by becoming a staple at Epcot festivals. I think some of the magic of Dole Whip is that historically it hasn’t been everywhere.
JoAnne says
Are the “swirls”(vanilla, cookie dough etc.)part of the Dole Whip also dairy free?
Joni says
Just bring back the Citrus Swirl!!!! Todd is right the Whip is way over done.

Do you know if the three dole whip flavors are gluten free?
Elizabeth Pokoly says
Do they have the original dole whip that is GF and DF. I can not have ice cream or dairy of any kind?
Richard+Mercer says
They should have an asparagus-flavored Dole Whip!
Kidding of course…. the original is the only one worth having!

You had me for a second there, Richard!
