Here at DFB, we’ve made it no secret that we LOOOOOVE cheese. So of course Disney’s newest snack is a match made in heaven for us!

We <3 Plastic Cheese!

You know we’ll go on and on forever about all the cheesy Disney foods, like the Cheese Soup at Le Cellier in EPCOT, the plastic cheese we’ll dip our corn dog nuggets in, or the cheese on charcuterie boards that always makes us so happy. But y’all, today, Disney just gave us a GIGANTIC cheese snack.

You’ll have to excuse us for a moment — because when we saw this sign for a GIANT Mozzarella Stick at Blue Ribbon Corn Dogs at Downtown Disney…

Y’ALL!!!

…we had to take a moment.

The word “giant” followed by a cheese name is enough to get us excited. YOU KNOW we had to order it. So this beautiful thing is a HUGE Mozzarella stick ON a stick, hand-dipped in cornmeal batter, fried, and coated in rice crispy puffs, served with a side of marinara sauce. Have you ever seen anything more beautiful?

It’s so BEAUTIFUL

Between the perfectly-fried crunchy outside and the gooey and melty cheese on the inside, we’re pretty sure we found the Nirvana of cheese snacks. Even better? This is made to order, so it’s hot, crispy, and gooey when you get it.

On a side note, though, the amount of marinara you get for this massive snack is not quite enough. We could’ve used a little more. So you may want to request extra sauce if you’re going to try out this snack!
