When you’re taking pictures in Disney World, you want to look your best, right? Well, between the rush back and forth across the parks and Florida’s uncooperative weather, we often end up with some less-than-flattering photos. (Seriously, why didn’t anyone warn us that our hair was THAT frizzy from the humidity?!) And don’t even get us started with the results when dad is in charge of the camera…let’s just say that you can probably expect a finger or two to block the lens.
If you’re tired of rushed, unfortunate-looking photos, Disney has a solution that you might not have known about!
Disney’s PhotoPass photographers are located all over the Disney parks and resorts! It’s their job to take fun family photos in front of some of Disney World’s most iconic attractions and various photo ops. If you like the pictures, you can purchase Memory Maker, which gives you access to all your PhotoPasss photos (or you can pick and choose which photos you like and purchase them individually!).
Sometimes, though, those popular PhotoPass locations can accumulate some pretty big lines! If you’re looking for 20 minutes of uninterrupted photo-taking in Disney World, Disney offers a private service called Capture Your Moment.
This service costs $79 and gives guests the chance to strike a pose while a PhotoPass photographer snaps away at a select location in Disney’s Hollywood Studios (and a few other Disney parks!).

This service JUST arrived at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and the Disney World website states that guests may have their photo taken at Hollywood Boulevard, Echo Lake, Sunset Boulevard, or another beloved spot. Keep in mind that locations are subject to availability, and Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is not currently offered as an option.
Another important caveat you should know before you go is that photos are not included in the price of your photo session. (We know; sad, right?) If you already purchased Memory Maker or have an Annual Pass with the Disney PhotoPass Downloads add-on, the photos will be available on your My Disney Experience app for free. Otherwise, you’re going to need to pay for the photos you want.
If this sounds like FUN, you can book a reservation online or call a Disney Cast Member to reserve the experience over the phone! In the meantime, stay tuned for all the latest Disney news, park updates, and more!

Wow! $79. Just last month it was $50 for AK and MK. That is quite a price hike. I believe the value is there at the $50 price point. But idk about 20 min at the $79 price point. We got about 80-90 photos with our CYM session. Our photographer was great and the guy with the squeaky toy kept our 3yr old in stitches! He was amazing! We did AK and have beautiful, frame-worthy pics.
