Going forward what is being done to lower your prices and removing the cost to reserve a spot for the now fast pass?
Disney prices have raised so high, I can no longer afford to take my entire family.
I have done this for many years. Disney needs to lower prices.
How about a survey that does not rely on an app or social media site to respond. There is a large silent majority that does not participate on social media to express themselves…me included
I don’t like the fact that I have to be on my phone constantly. I go on vacation to get away from looking at my phone. Also the prices are outrageous with this new Genie plus. People can’t afford to go to Disney because of all the price increases and the extra cost you are giving us. I think Walt Disney would be a shame all the price increases you are charging people so they cannot enjoy themselves at the wonderful place he dreamed of.
My family and I went to DisneyWorld Magic Kingdom on 06/26/2022. If there is truly a capacity limit at Disney World I can tell you that’s a freaking lie. There is no way!! it’s extremely crowded, people won’t move they run straight into you when your walking. We planned this trip for 4 years!! It’s extremely overrated why in the world people would want to go here. The only reason we went was because my husband insisted our 7 and 10 year old girls experience it once. The sad thing is because it was so bad Disney will always have the bad side of me. I
have nothing nice to say about this place. The cast members scream at you to move, move, move and to hustle and get moving that’s all you hear from them. When we went to Casey’s the girl greeting people at the door was screaming at us to hustle and move as well. We arrived at 8:30a.m. got in at 9:00a.m. and left at 4:00p.m. literally only got on 4 rides and seen the Princess Hall. My husband and I left with our kids, they were even ready to leave. Disney World Magic Kingdom was a complete nightmare we will never go back to Disney not even to try a different part of it. I have no idea what the big hype is about this place!! and their rides are in need of some serious upgrading. I’ve been to Universal Studios and Island of Adventures and they were way better than freaking Disney. Disney was a complete waste of money families that I know have changed their minds going after asking how our trip was.
Customer service is very helpful and pleasant to work with.
