For those hardcore Disney World fans out there, it may be the ultimate DREAM to live near the magic.
Imagine stopping by Magic Kingdom after work or running into EPCOT for a quick bite when you don’t feel like cooking. Living close to the theme parks would offer all kinds of opportunities! And if you’re looking to move, there’s going to be a new housing option opening nearby.
According to the Orlando Business Journal, a new apartment community called Ezelle has just broken ground near the intersection of I-4 and State Road 429. The 25-acre property will be just a few miles from the southwestern property limits of Walt Disney World.
The estimated cost for the project is $77 million and is the next on a long list of multifamily developments targeting this specific area of Florida. The hope is to have these new units ready for tenants by the second quarter of 2023. According to OBJ, “Ezelle will feature 10 three-story buildings with studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans that include stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and other amenities typically associated with Class A properties.”
We’ll keep you updated on any more housing developments planned for the Disney World area, so stay tuned to DFB for the latest news!
