Okay, we talk all the time about the food you’re going to eat on vacation and the rides you’re going to check out, but there’s another important thing we also have to mention…the SHOPPING!
There’s so much shopping to be done on a Disney World trip!
It wouldn’t be a complete Disney World vacation without some truly awesome souvenirs, whether that means Minnie ears, 50th Anniversary merchandise, or any of the thousands of fun little trinkets you can find in the parks. And now, a souvenir spot that has been closed since the pandemic-related park closures has FINALLY reopened in Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
If you’ve rocked, rolled, and flipped upside down on Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster, then you’ve probably walked right past the Shop ‘n’ Roll souvenir stand during your visit. It’s located outside, in front of the ride, but it has been closed for essentially two years now.
But, the stand reopened yesterday, according to a Cast Member we spoke to, and we got the chance to stop by it this morning!
It’s back!
They’ve got a wide variety of souvenirs available here, including hats and ears…
All the Disney headgear.
…a bunch of different pins and patches…
So. Many. Pins.
…and there’s even a cart with some spray fans, cold drinks, and cooling towels for sale. We’re starting to get into those hot weather months, and if you don’t come prepared for the sweltering heat, then these items could be lifesavers.

They also have a couple dozen pairs of sunglasses, including some fun Disney-themed patterns for the kiddos. With the prime location right near Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster, it’s easy to just pop over here and purchase what you need in the middle of your day.
