When it comes to food, Disney World has a ton of options, ESPECIALLY at Disney Springs! There are delicious quick-service spots, LOADS of places to grab sweet snacks (including Everglazed and Gideon’s), and upscale restaurants owned by award-winning chefs. It can be difficult to decide where to go!

Some of these restaurants are only open for dinner, but recently Enzo’s Hideaway announced it would be serving lunch. Now, ANOTHER Disney Springs restaurant has shared that it is open for lunch, too! More lunch options? We’re in!

According to a post from The Edison on Instagram, The Edison is now open for lunch daily in Disney Springs!

Prior to the COVID-19 park closures, this spot was open for lunch. It then reopened just for dinner.

If you’re not familiar with it, The Edison is that cool, industrial and steampunk-like restaurant and bar that looks like a 1920s power plant. So if you’ve got a hankering for that DB Clothesline Candied Bacon or Electri-Fries or simply want to indulge in a fun cocktail, you might not have to wait until dinner! Just be sure to check the menu and see what’s available during your visit.

The Edison is now opens for lunch every day starting at noon. So, avoid the potential dinner crowds and consider grabbing some food earlier in the day there!
