EPCOT has been undergoing a LOT of changes lately, like new rides, restaurants, closures, and more.
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is opening soon, and we’ve even been seeing some progress on other attractions that are under construction. There have also been some closures, like the recent permanent closure of the EPCOT Experience. And now, another popular spot has shut down in the park.
Travelers Cafe, AKA the Starbucks location in EPCOT, is officially closed. We noticed the spot wasn’t showing hours past April 17th online, so it looks like the coffee location has shut down. Note that all of the signage has been removed from the location as well. Here’s what Traveler’s Cafe looked like a few weeks ago…

…and here’s what it looks like now. We’re thinking this closure is pretty permanent if the signs are gone!

This closure is likely due to the new Starbucks location coming soon to Connections Cafe and Eatery. Could this mean the cafe will be opening up really soon?! Disney can’t really expect people to go without coffee in the parks for that long, right?

To be honest, it’s about time they increased the size of many food and drink locations, especially the super busy and popular Starbucks. Not much fun on vacation when you have to wait an hour for coffee and/or a breakfast sandwich.

What do you mean, “go without coffee”? What are the Joffrey’s booths, chopped liver?
(I personally prefer Joffrey’s over Starbucks.)
I cannot stand Jeoffrey coffee…altho we only drink it out of desperation in our dvc room!
