There are a TON of dining and shopping options in EPCOT.
You can eat around the world at places like Rose & Crown, Spice Road Table, Biergarten, or San Angel Inn, or wander over to the new restaurants like Space 220 and Connections near the front of the park. There is also a bunch of shopping to be done in the park, like at Creations or inside all of the World Showcase pavilions. And, after one of our recent visits to EPCOT, Disney wanted to know our opinion on shopping and dining in the park!
We were sent a survey by Disney after we went to EPCOT recently, and some of the questions were pretty interesting! Let’s take a look. First, the survey asked us where we were from.
Then, it asked us why we visited Central Florida…
…and where we stayed.
The next question was about what time we got to EPCOT on our recent visit.
We were then asked if we bought any food or drinks while at the park.
After that, Disney asked about the time we left the park.Â
We were also asked if we looked at or bought any merchandise on our visit.
Disney wanted to know where else we visited on the day we went to EPCOT.
We were asked about where we ate breakfast…
…and how likely we would eat breakfast on-property in the next 5 years.
They did the same thing for lunch…
…but when we selected that we didn’t eat lunch, they asked why.
Then, they asked if we would eat on property for lunch in the next 5 years.
And, the exact same question was asked for dinner…
…including asking why we didn’t eat dinner when we selected that option…
…and how likely we are to eat dinner on property in the next 5 years.
Disney asked where we ate any additional food or drinks that day…
…including when we ate it…
…and what it was.
The survey asked how we and our party felt about eating during our trip.
Then, we were asked to estimate how much money we spent on food and/or beverages that day.
The survey asked about anyone in our ground having dietary needs.
Then, it was time to move on to answering questions about shopping!
We were asked at what time(s) we shopped at EPCOT on the day we visited…
…and to rate our overall shopping experience.Â
The survey wanted to know if we were looking for any specific items while shopping, like clothing or household items.
And, we were asked to rate the overall selection and availability of merchandise in the park…
…as well as asking if we bought anything during our visit.
We were also asked how likely we would be to buy anything on our next trips to EPCOT…
…and if we shopped at Creations during our visit.
Then, we were asked our age and gender.
The survey asked what type of admission ticket we used on our recent visit…
…if we used anything like Disney Genie+ during our visit…
…and if we were an Annual Passholder or belonged to any other Disney organizations.
We were also asked the month and year of our last visit to Disney World…
…and how many times we had been to Disney World (uh, that one was a tough for us!).
The survey also wanted to know the year we first visited Disney World…
…and how big of a fan we are of Disney, in general. Can you guess which one we picked?! It also asked how big of Marvel fans we are…
…and Star Wars fans.
Then, we were asked our race…
…and our yearly household income.
And, that was the end of the survey! Some interesting questions, right? It seems like Disney is trying to gauge how much people are enjoying shopping at the parks right now and how often people eat there. Stay tuned to DFB for more Disney World news and updates!

I would have added to the extra comment section, please bring back for DVC members disney purchases sent back to our disney resorts. Last October we bought so much different 50th merch, we had to leave Magic Kingdom and go back to the Poly to offload our precious haul.
