The Galactic Starcruiser, AKA the Star Wars Hotel, opened up officially back in March of this year, and we got to check it ALL out!
We trained with lightsabers, ate ALL of the food (literally all of it), and saw some fun entertainment on board like fireworks. Trips on the ship have been pretty booked up since it opened, and Disney says they don’t expect that to change any time soon.
The Galactic Starcruiser is expected to be at 100% capacity through the end of September 2022, according to Disney. They shared this prediction during their Q2 earnings call today.
Right now, there isn’t much availability left on the Starcruiser in May, June, and July…
…but there is still a TON of availability left for August and September! So, Disney must be banking on more people booking trips in those two months in the future.
This availability changes quite often, so it’s good to check it regularly if you’re thinking about planning a trip. Note that you can also book stays through December of this year. Stay tuned to DFB for more Disney World news and updates!

Susan M Zahn says
Okay, maybe it’s just me being very skeptical about this claim, but they could only be opening 50 of the 100 rooms to guests and still claim 100% capacity and the calendar would still look full. If I were a shareholder, I’d be asking to see the books right about now.
