We tried the Barbecue Chicken Sandwich Meal at Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe in Magic Kingdom! This meal isn’t new, but we’re bringing you a fresh review on this quick-service meal in Disney World!
Barbecue Chicken Sandwich Meal
This sandwich had barbecue chicken topped with a kale slaw on a fluffy bun, and was served with a side of fries. The sandwich was very tasty, but not spectacular. The chicken was a little bit dry, but it was coated in enough barbecue sauce that it didn’t matter too much. The sauce itself was super sweet, so don’t expect any smoky or spicy barbecue flavors, and the slaw was very crisp.

The fries were cooked perfectly, and we didn’t get any soggy or burnt bits. This was a good meal, but at $12.29, we think you can get something more worth your money in the parks. However, if you have any picky eaters in your party, this could be a great choice for them.

We suggest heading over to Columbia Harbour House for the Trio Platter. It comes with fried shrimp, chicken strips, battered fish, hushpuppies, and the choice of a side for $14.29. On top of that, it’s easy to share!! We’ll keep trying everything new that pops up in Disney World, so stay tuned to DFB for more!
