We love our tried and true Disney World food staples, like corn dog nuggets and plastic cheese, Dole Whip, and the famous Magic Kingdom spring rolls.

But, it’s also very exciting to find new delicious seasonal treats (we just wish they would stick around!). So, let’s take a look at all of the NEW food at Disney World for the summertime!

EPCOT

Sunshine Seasons

• Pizza Rolls: Both Cheese and Pepperoni Pizza Rolls (NEW)

Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Disney’s Sci-Fine Dine-In Theatre Restaurant

New eats starting June 2nd:

• Sci-fi Smoked Wings — tossed in a porter barbecue sauce with a house-made pineapple and poppy seed coleslaw;
• Spinach and Artichoke Dip — a plant-based blend of spinach, artichoke, red peppers, cauliflower, cashew cheese, and oat milk served with house-made chips;
• Black Garlic Caesar Salad — a petite romaine, grilled hearts of artichoke, chopped Applewood smoked bacon, shaved parmesan covered with house-made black garlic Caesar dressing and served with a tasty, toasted crostini; and
• Grilled Chicken Citrus Salad — features romaine lettuce, spinach, and arugula with rainbow tomatoes, candied pecans, cranberries, and feta cheese topped with a house-made citrus vinaigrette and grilled marinated chicken.

There is also a new Feature Film Burger – Surf & Turf made with “a signature blend of beef and house-made seasoning served on a brioche bun and topped with a shrimp and crab cake, pepper jack cheese, chipotle hollandaise sauce, grilled onions, heirloom tomato, arugula, and house-made vinaigrette.”

New dessert items are coming too. Specifically you’ll be able to try:

• The Red Planet — a white chocolate cheesecake with blueberry compote on a graham cracker tart with a matcha sponge and gold candied pecans; and
• The Out-of-this-World Sci-Fi Swirl — a dish that features a pineapple mousse with passion fruit cosmic swirl and a spiced lime spaceship garnished with space dust and blood orange coulis.

Another item — the Pork on Pork Burger (returning) — will become a permanent addition to the menu at Sci-Fi Dine-In. This is an item we’ve had in the past as a featured burger.

The burger is made with a grilled house-made pork patty topped with roasted pork belly, white sharp cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, cabbage slaw, and a house-made Carolina mustard sauce.

50’s Prime Time Cafe

New as of June 7th:

• Jalapeño Popper Deviled Eggs; and
• The Creamy Tomato Soup.

Grandpa Jean’s Chicken Pot Pie (returning) has also made its official return to the restaurant. This has a traditional pastry crust filled with chicken, potatoes, carrots, celery, onions, corn, and peas. (This is an item we’ve had in the past though it was called Grandma’s Chicken Pot Pie and featured some slightly different items).

There will be new desserts at 50’s Prime Time too:

• Pineapple Upside Down Cake — features yellow cake soaked in pineapple juice topped with caramelized pineapples and maraschino cherries and garnished with whip cream and caramel sauce;
• Lemon Meringue Pie — a lemon curd in a flaky pie shell topped with a toasted meringue and garnished with a raspberry sauce;
• Grasshopper Bar — a mint white chocolate mousse with chocolate chips on a chocolate chip cookie, topped with whip cream and chocolate chips; and
• The Stained Glass Dessert — made for the little ones and features a whipped pineapple fluff studded with cubes of strawberry, lime, and orange gelatin to look like stained glass.

Hollywood Scoops

New milkshake starting June 1st:

• Key Lime Milkshake: a Key lime vanilla cream shake topped with lemon lime doughnut garnished with a sweet graham cracker crumb
