If you’ve never explored the dining options at Disney World Resort hotels, you are seriously missing out!

Some of the best restaurants on property are found in Disney World hotels, like Boma, Topolino’s Terrace, and ‘Ohana — just to name a few. But, even Disney World restaurants can be closed for refurbishment from time to time. That was supposed to be the case for one hotel dining location, but now things have changed!
Over at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Narcoossee’s serves up seafood in an upscale-casual environment.

And it had been scheduled to close for refurbishment on June 18th, 2022. Disney had shared that restaurant would reopen later in 2022 with an enhanced table service experience.

Then, the refurbishment was pushed back, and Disney World was accepting Narcoossee’s reservations through July 4th.

Previously, June 5th, was the first day Narcoossee’s was listed as closed.

UPDATE: Now Narcoossee’s website lists something NEW. As of the latest updates to this post, the website notes that beginning July 14th, 2022, Narcoossee’s will be unavailable due to the refurbishment. Reservations will be available through July 13th. According to the website, Disney now notes that they expect the restaurant to return NEXT year with an “enhanced table service experience.” That’s quite the extended closure!

If you were hoping to dine at Narcoossee’s before it closed for refurbishment, you now have a little more time to do so!

Sorry but Ohana is terrible. You guys should maybe go back and re-review it. Went with party of 8 a few months ago. Everyone was disappointed and we will never be back. Food quality was very poor. Both ingredient quality and the way it was prepared. Maybe it’s because they do the “skillet” style now vs the Buffett.
