For many guests, a trip to Disney World just isn’t complete without a stop in Magic Kingdom.
We love Magic Kingdom!
There are so many snacks to try, lots of merchandise to check out, and rides to experience, so we totally get it! But there are also some pretty awesome shows and parades in Magic Kingdom, and various experiences (including the fireworks!) will be changing their times this summer!
First up, we’ve got the Magic Kingdom fireworks — Disney Enchantment. Currently, Disney Enchantment is offered nightly (except on certain occasions) at 9:20PM. That showtime continues through August 7th.

Starting August 8th, however, the fireworks will be offered at 9PM daily.

Twenty minutes might not be a big deal for some who plan on being in Magic Kingdom around that time anyway, but if you’re hoping to hop into the park later in the evening, have dining reservations at a time close to that, or otherwise aren’t anticipating this time switch, it could seriously mess with your plans! Be sure to factor this change into your scheduling.

Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire is another show that saw changes. This show happens right in front of Cinderella Castle multiple times a day, and now, showtimes are at 12:50PM, 2PM, 4PM, 5:35PM and 7PM!

This show features Mickey and friends in their 50th Anniversary outfits, as well as musical numbers and scenes inspired by Tangled and more.

If you’re a fan of hearing a wonderful quartet sing in the park, then you’ll need to know that The Dapper Dans‘ showtimes changed as well! Now, you can catch them at 9:05AM, 9:55AM, 10:35AM, 11:20AM, 12:50PM, 1:50PM, and 3:40PM. The changes affected those last 3 showtimes.

If you’re a fan of Disney’s Cavalcades, then it’s important to note that the times for Mickey’s Celebration Cavalcade have changed as well. Now, you can see it at 10:45AM, 1:30PM, 4:30PM, and 6:10PM.

Changes are also coming to Magic Kingdom’s Festival of Fantasy Parade. The parade is typically offered at 12PM and 3PM each day. But, on June 7th…

…and June 13th, the parade will be offered at 1PM and 4PM.

That’s an important change to keep in mind if getting the perfect spot for this parade is a must-do for you!

Where do the Cavalcades take place? Is it safe to say that staying in front of Cindy’s castle after watching the Friendship Fare at 12:50 would be a good idea? Or do we need to migrate to another part of the park?
Staying at Swan Reserve now week of mid June in room facing west. Can watch EPCOT Harmonious fireworks and MK fireworks every evening at 9 and 9:20. Staggered times definitely making our stay more magical.
