We’ve already had THREE new Pride treats here and a new Star Wars coffee drink. But we’re just getting started. Now we’re getting a treat that’s PERFECT for these hot Florida days. Why? Because it’s a shake!!!
Meet the Key Lime Shake — this is basically a Key Lime Pie in shake form. It’s a Key Lime Vanilla Shake topped with a Lemon-Lime Donut and garnished with Sweet Graham Cracker Crumbs. We’re pretty much thinking about how refreshing that sounds as sweat is dripping down our faces out here in the heat.
It even looks refreshing
So was it as refreshing as it sounds? We’re going to say YES!!! Whew — it’s so hot out and this shake really did the trick of helping us feel a LOT better. If you’re worried about the lime flavor making it sour, don’t — you can taste the lime, but the shake itself is sweet and creamy.
However, we’d point out that the graham cracker crumbs are on the outside of the shake so it’s a bit of a trick to get a sip and a bite of that at the same time.
Okay, we want another one
The donut is a vanilla cake donut with key lime-flavored frosting that adds just a subtle bit of extra flavor to the donut. It’s the perfect accompaniment to the shake!Â

Okay, so it may just be the heat talking, but this might be our new favorite snack in Hollywood Studios! With that being said, though, you need to appreciate Key Lime flavors to thoroughly enjoy this treat.

We found this shake for $9.49 at Hollywood Scoops — and hey, if Key Lime isn’t your thing, you can always pick up a delicious ice cream sundae, the Orange Blossom Shake, or a cone or cup with hand-scooped ice cream in a variety of flavors. Let’s face it — it’s ice cream season.
