When it comes to great dining, it’s hard to beat EPCOT.
Where else can you eat around the world without even leaving the park? Want Canadian-inspired food? Visit Le Cellier. Craving crepes? Head to La Crêperie de Paris in France. Morrocan? Spice Road Table is serving up delicious dishes in Morroco. If it’s classic British food, though, you’ll want to dine at Rose & Crown Pub and Dining Room in the U.K. However, you may not be able to dine there soon!
Thanks to our reader Callie for the heads up! So here’s what we’re seeing. We checked for available reservations at Rose & Crown for July 13th — there are plenty available until that date.
However, there was nothing available for the next day, July 14th:
We also checked for reservations all the way through August 10th, and nothing was available.
So what does this mean? Well, Disney has not released details as to why this might be the case, but based on past instances like this, the restaurant might be closing for a refurbishment. However, the restaurant already went through a refurbishment in the spring of 2021.
Disney still has hours listed for the Rose & Crown Dining Room from July 14th to as far as the calendar goes out.
Something else to note is that it wasn’t listed as one of the restaurants available for Eat to the Beat Dining packages for the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival, which starts on July 14th — the first day reservations are unavailable at Rose & Crown. Again, Disney has not commented on what is going on with Rose & Crown in July, but we’ll let you know about any closures or refurbs!
If Rose & Crown does happen to close this month and you’ve got a hankering for British food — you still have a choice. You can order the delicious Fish and Chips from the Yorkshire County Fish Shop, along with a glass of your favorite U.K. beverage.
You can also head on over to Disney Springs to visit Raglan Road for some Irish fare, along with some fun Irish music and dancing. Or pick up some great Fish and Chips to-go from Cookes of Dublin.
We’ll let you know if we get any more details about what’s going on with Rose & Crown, so stay tuned to DFB for more!

I’ be seen something similar at La Creperie: available until July 29th then nothing open until at least Aug 18th. Wondered if they were going back to not taking reservations during Food&Wine.

I’ve been faithfully looking for a lunch reservation since the end of May (starting booking at my 60 day window) for our upcoming trip the end of July. Wanting a reservation for 6 on7/29 and I can’t find anything. Today is 6/17 and when I checked earlier, I found reservations open until July 20th. After that date nothing. I believe you checked on the 6/10 and reservations only went up to July 13th. This might be a pattern (33 days). Maybe they are opening them up slowly. Who knows. All I know is I keep trying for it is MY favorite restaurant.

Something similar going on with Cape May Cafe. No available dates for dinner after July 31. I’ve got a resort reservation that goes from Aug 20-28, so can see just out to the 28th. Breakfast available but not dinner.
Edward Bober says
I was able to book for August 14th today.
Thorsten says
Rose and crown is fully bookable and available until September 3rd which is the last bookable date from today.
As well Firework dining packages have limited availability.
