Animal Kingdom Food Update
At the Anandapur Ice Cream Truck, we spotted a new beer for $9.50. It’s a double blonde ale with honey made by Sailfish Brewing Company and it has a really cute name — it’s called Don’t Poke the Bear!
This beer is made with 100% Florida honey!

Animal Kingdom Construction Updates
We noticed some missing menus around Animal Kingdom, including this one at Pongu Pongu…
…and this one at the cart outside of DinoLand, U.S.A. on the Asia side. It’s possible that this could mean menu item or price changes, so keep checking back for more updates!
On June 9th, Animal Kingdom closed early at 6PM for a private event. Recently, Animal Kingdom has generally been closing around 8PM. But park hours can change. And it’s not unusual to see a Disney Park close early for events, so it’s a good reminder to check Disney World’s calendar before making your plans.
On that day, Harambe Market was open until 4PM instead of 3PM, according to a Cast Member.
At Adventurers Outpost, we noticed that the Lightning Lane sign has been reinstalled, but it looks a bit different from the sign located here previously. It’s possible that it’s not quite finished yet, so we’ll keep an eye out for any further changes.
Adventurers Outpost is a Mickey and Minnie meet-and-greet location (where they wear safari outfits!) and it’s currently scheduled to reopen on June 19th.
Read more about Adventurers Outpost reopening here!
Also, during our walk around the park we saw that TriceraTop Spin has temporarily CLOSED. This ride is scheduled to be closed from June 13th to June 17th. It is expected to reopen on the 18th.
It’s important to check Disney World’s refurbishment calendar so that you never miss out on your favorite ride!

Animal Kingdom Various Updates
Finding Nemo: The Musical reopened in a NEW way officially on June 13th, though Disney ended up soft opening the show on June 11th.
The reimagined show is now called Finding Nemo: The Big Blue… and Beyond, and in addition to new set pieces and a new script, this show now tells the story of Finding Nemo from the fish at the Marine Life Institute, which was featured in Finding Dory.
Most notably, this show includes an LED screen in the background, which really added to the show! And don’t worry, you can still hear some classic songs from the show like “In the Big Blue World.”
The show is 25 minutes long, with six showtimes currently available at 10:30AM, 11:30AM, 12:30PM, 2:30PM, 3:30PM, and 4:30PM. Make sure to double-check the My Disney Experience app in case these times change! This show is also available via Lightning Lane, which means you can book it through Genie+.
