Want to meet Disney characters for FREE without going into the parks or even stepping into a character meal? Well, listen up!
A number of things have returned to Disney World over the past few months, or are set to return soon — from the the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue to the Harmony Barber Shop. And now Disney has announced ANOTHER special experience will be returning soon!
Mark your calendars for July 6th, 2022! Why? Well because that’s when Chip ‘N Dale’s Campfire Sing-A-Long will return at long last to Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground!
As we mentioned above, the experience takes place at Fort Wilderness. During the campfire sing-a-long, families can roast marshmallows, sing songs (makes sense ), and meet Chip ‘n’ Dale! The experience as a whole is generally free, though you’ll have to pay for your s’mores supplies.
You can bring your own marshmallows and sticks, or purchase a kit with everything you need right there at Fort Wilderness (generally found over at Chuckwagon Snack Bar).
Once you finish your s’mores, are done signing those songs, and pay a visit to Chip ‘n Dale, you can cozy up under the stars for a Disney movie at the campground!
Again, the campfire sing-a-long and movie are totally FREE! It’s an awesome way to meet characters without having to pay for a park ticket or character dining experience. Just note that the movies and entertainment are subject to change or be canceled at any time.
So if you’re hoping to check out this experience, be sure to visit Fort Wilderness on or after July 6th!
Wondering what other things are returning to Disney World soon? We already mentioned how Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue will be returning to Fort Wilderness soon, but you’ll also want to prepare for the return of Victoria & Albert’s in Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, the return of Fantasmic! at some point in 2022, and the return of buffet service at a character meal in Hollywood Studios!
There are a lot of things coming to Disney World in the upcoming months, so be sure to stay tuned for all of the latest details!
