The Walt Disney Company aims to set the bar for what’s possible in the world of entertainment.
When it comes to attractions, streaming, or movies, Disney often leads the way. And with that in mind, it only makes sense for them to be recognized for doing just that — leading the way.
The Walt Disney Company was recognized as LinkedIn’s Top Company in Media & Entertainment. Disney announced the accomplishment, as well as the methodology used for the ranking, which was based on 7 pillars shown to lead to career progression, which are: “ability to advance, skills growth, company stability, external opportunity, company affinity, gender diversity, and educational background.”
The benefits they provide for their employees and Cast Members were also highlighted, specifically citing perks like complimentary park admission, on-site childcare at select locations, and 100% tuition support for network schools.
