It’s time for another edition of what’s new in Disney’s Hollywood Studios!
With recent flooding and show issues, Hollywood Studios has had a rough week. But that’s not all that happened, so check out what’s new right here!
Hollywood Studios Food News
Although you can get free water from various places around Disney World, we recently ran into an issue getting a free venti water from Starbucks in Magic Kingdom. We didn’t have any issues requesting free Starbucks water from any other Disney Parks, but on our last visit to Hollywood Studios, we were given two grande waters when we asked for a venti water.
We didn’t mind at all, but keep in mind that your mileage may vary if you’re planning to get all your water from Starbucks. In Magic Kingdom, you can still get small red water cups for free from Starbucks, but you might be charged if you request a venti water. Otherwise, you can get free cups of water from many quick service locations around Disney World!

Over at Docking Bay 7, we noticed a station for water cups. Two water carafes were set up next to paper cups and napkins so that guests can fill up a cup after ordering a Ronto Wrap.
When it’s extra hot in Disney World, staying hydrated is KEY to preventing a miserable time. Take advantage of free water and make sure you take time to drink your water as often as you can!

Miscellaneous Hollywood Studios Update
And in a surprising update, Hollywood Studios flooded this week! This park is known for getting pretty wet during rainstorms, but this week even The Darkroom flooded, and Cast Members had to block off areas where the water was flowing into the store.
There was so much water that Cast Members had to sweep the water out of the store!
