There’s almost always something new to check out in Disney World!
Even if you went to Disney World a few weeks ago, odds are, something’s different from when you went! Disney is constantly pumping out new merchandise, food, and more, and it can get pretty hard to keep up! July just started, and there are tons of things coming to Disney World this month, so let’s go through 5 things that will be different!
1. 4th of July Treats/Fireworks
4th of July is here! There are tons of things to check out in Disney World to celebrate. We’ve been trying all kinds of patriotic snacks in the parks like this two-in-one treat, this star-spangled cupcake, our new favorite way to eat s’mores, two different cookie sandwiches, and a new Woody’s Lunchbox tart!
There are also special 4th of July fireworks coming to Magic Kingdom on July 3rd and 4th, so you’re not gonna want to miss these! The show hasn’t been in the parks since 2019, and we can’t wait to see it return for a limited time.

2. 2022 EPCOT Food & Wine Festival
The next EPCOT festival is almost here! We already said goodbye to the Flower and Garden Festival and it’s almost time to say hello to the Food & Wine Festival! We can’t wait to try everything now that we have menus for the festival!
From a revamped cheese crawl to live entertainment, we can’t wait to experience everything the festival has to offer! We’ll be covering everything from the festival, so stay tuned.

3. More Characters Meeting in the Parks
Back in April, normal character meet and greets returned to Disney World. We finally got to hug Mickey Mouse after over 2 years! Since then, tons of characters have returned to the parks for meet and greets, and even more are coming back in July.
The Star Wars Launch Bay is reopening in Disney’s Hollywood Studios on July 17th. Here, you can meet Darth Vader, Chewbacca, and BB-8. Over in Magic Kingdom, Peter Pan and Snow White are going to be meeting in Fantasyland again. You can catch them starting on July 10th!

4. FULL Festival of the Lion King Returning
We’ve been waiting for this one! The FULL Festival of the Lion King show is returning to Disney’s Animal Kingdom! Since its reopening, we’ve only seen the Celebration of the Festival of the Lion King, which didn’t have all of the elements of the show we’ve come to love, but now the entire original show is coming back!
Previously, the show was performed without the Tumble Monkeys, but they’re returning to the show on July 16th! We can’t wait to see this show in its full glory again!

5. Two Enchantment Shows Per Night
For a limited time this month, Enchantment will be playing twice a night in Magic Kingdom! From July 14th until July 25th, Enchantment will be showing at 9:20PM and 11PM.
With opportunities to see the show twice, you might want to spend more time in Magic Kingdom!
