Sometimes grabbing breakfast before you hit the parks can be difficult. If you don’t bring breakfast food with you on your trip, you’re faced with the question of where to get breakfast before your trip. Don’t worry — we have some options for you!
We have some favorites in the parks, like the Nutella Waffle Sandwich at Sleepy Hollow Refreshments and Colossal Cinnamon Roll at Gaston’s Tavern, but Disney hotels have breakfast options as well. We found a new offering at Disney World’s Pop Century Resort that we ended up LOVING!
Now at Everything Pop (the food court at Disney’s Pop Century Resort), you can get the Overnight Oats for $5.29!
If you’re not familiar with overnight oats, it’s where you allow oats to soak overnight in a liquid (usually milk) to soften and take on a creamy consistency. These overnight oats are packed with chia seeds and have a delicious vanilla flavor. We honestly weren’t expecting to enjoy this simple breakfast so much, but we’re glad we gave it a try!
There are toasted walnuts and blueberries on top of the oats, giving a nice additional crunch. We love that this grab-and-go breakfast gives you the protein you need to start your park day, and we were surprised by how much it actually filled us! We think this is a great option for people who are looking for an on-the-go breakfast. However, if you prefer a bigger meal to start your day, you may want to look elsewhere.
Everything Pop also has a Waffle Bounty Platter, Omelets, Pancakes, a Bagel Sandwich, and more, so there’s plenty to choose from at this spot.
Looking for some other breakfast options? Minnie’s Beach Bash Breakfast is returning to Cape May Café soon! We also recently tried the Breakfast Bowl at Woody’s Lunch Box, which is a great quick-service meal in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. And if you’re staying at the Shades of Green hotel, you can eat at a breakfast buffet for under $20! Stay tuned to DFB for all our Disney breakfast reviews.
We are BEGGING for breakfast to come to this iconic Disney Springs restaurant!

I want to like this but how thick is the consistency? If my oatmeal is not thick, I cannot eat it. I feel like it just slimes down my throat (ick!). I know, I know it’s weird but there it is.

I ate these every morning and loved them. Anyone know the recipe? I’d love to make these at home!

The overnight oats were so good! The consistency was perfect and not too sweet. Wish I would have kept one of the ingredients list from mine. I read it while there and pretty sure it was oats, coconut milk, chia seeds, honey maybe vanilla extract and blueberries and walnuts. I kind of think the key to the creaminess is the coconut milk.
