Did you know that a NEW restaurant is coming to Disney World soon?
Yep! Over at Disney’s BoardWalk, the new BoardWalk Deli will be replacing BoardWalk Bakery. The new spot is supposed to open up this summer and will be a Northeastern-style deli filled with a bunch of new food. And now, we finally know what will be on the menu!
Disney says the menu will take us on “a road trip of classic sweet and savory flavors from New York to the Jersey Shore.” Initially, only some of the menu items were revealed, but now the FULL MENU is here.
A big thanks to reader Joe (@schreiberjoe on Instagram) for alerting us to this update. While the menu hasn’t been updated on the main Disney World website, it has been updated on the My Disney Experience app, and now we’re sharing ALL the details with you.
Breakfast
Breakfast will have a selection of house-baked bagels with a choice of schmear, a variety of sweet breakfast pastries, and warm bagel sandwiches.
In terms of entrees, you’ll find a variety of bagel sandwiches. Some of the options include an Everything Bagel Sandwich with cage-free eggs, sausage, and cheddar cheese ($8.99), and a Bagel Breakfast Sandwich with cage-free eggs, bacon, caramelized onions, and cheddar cheese ($8.99). The standard entrees here range from around $8.99 to $9.99.
There will also be a Plant-based Ciabatta Sandwich for $7.49.
That one will feature “egg” Florentine, plant-based cheese, tomato jam, and arugula.
You’ll also find a side of bacon available to order, as well as a multitude of bakery items including a Mickey Cinnamon Roll, a cannoli, a doodle muffin, banana bread, and a berry scone. Most of the bakery items range in price from $3.79 to $6.79.
There will also be a Greek Yogurt Parfait available, along with several drinks. You’ve got your standard Coke, POWERADE, and Simply Orange…
…along with fountain beverages and hot tea.
But the menu also lists some specialty coffee offerings (including some Joffrey’s Coffee options)…
…as well as beer…
…and more. If you have a food sensitivity, scroll to the bottom of the menu to see items that can be made in allergy-friendly ways.
And that’s a look at breakfast!
Lunch and Dinner
Moving on to lunch and dinner, you can choose from a variety of cold and hot deli sandwiches served on traditional marble rye, ciabatta, or focaccia breads. All of the breads are baked fresh in-house!
Some options include the signature Italian Sub ($11.49), which will have thinly sliced capicola, soppressata, and pepperoni with provolone, arugula, tomato, arugula pesto, and mayonnaise on fresh-baked ciabatta bread. There will also be a Warm Pastrami Reuben ($12.99), with rolls of thin-sliced warm pastrami topped with sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and Thousand Island dressing on marble rye bread.
Overall, the entrees here range in price from $9.99 to $12.99.
Here’s a peek at some of the sandwiches.
And a look at more of them! Included on the menu shown above is the Roasted Chicken Sandwich ($10.49) with cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, and roasted garlic aioli served on ciabatta.
And we have a feeling fans of the classic grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup from BoardWalk Bakery will be thrilled to see there is at least a version of this classic combo available at BoardWalk Deli for $9.99!
For the plant-based eaters, you can get a twist on a classic favorite with the Veggie Crunch Muffaletta, priced at $10.49. This is stacked with cured and pickled root vegetables, an olive-vegetable tapenade, and plant-based cheese, served on focaccia.
Also on the menu are some salads, or you can pick up tomato soup as a side.
Would you get one of these sandwiches?
All of the sandwiches are served with a side of house-made chips, creamy coleslaw, or soup. But you can also get some sides on their own. And, to complete your meal, you can add a whole dill pickle that’s made in-house! The pickle costs $2.29.
For the kiddos, there’s a ham and cheese sandwich…
…along with a grilled cheese sandwich.
But wait — we gotta talk about dessert! Much like at breakfast, the bakery will serve up Mickey cinnamon rolls, cannolis, doodle muffins, and more.
The Cannolis will be filled to order in a crispy shell with a creamy blend of mascarpone cheese, ricotta, and shaved dark chocolate, with a hint of lemon zest and a touch of Mickey. These are $4.19.
There will also be a Scone made with Crème Fraiche and topped with pearl sugar for a melt-in-your-mouth experience.
The menu also lists a greek yogurt parfait and a variety of beverages.
Just like at breakfast, you’ll find Cola-Cola bottles, fountain drinks…
…hot tea, milk…
…specialty coffees…
…beers, and a White Claw drink. There are also allergy-friendly menu items, so be on the lookout for those.
While not listed on the menu right now, Disney has also indicated that there will be more sweet treats available here. You can expect to see some Northeastern classics like the New Jersey Crumbcake, which is a moist cake with a thick cinnamon-crumb topping, or the iconic New York-style Half-moon Cookie topped with rich chocolate ganache and buttercream.
We’re not done yet — you’ll also find a chocolate-dipped Cream Puff, which will be hand-piped with silky custard, and the Raspberry Danish, which will be layered with velvet custard, fresh raspberries, and sugar crumble. And, don’t forget about the Cinnamon Yummies! Plus, there will be some classic desserts, like cookies, Brownie Cheesecake, brownies, the Cookies & Cream Cupcake, and the 50th Anniversary Celebration Cupcake.
Some drinks at the new deli also don’t yet appear to be listed on the menu. Disney has said that some of the other drinks available will include things like the vibrant organic wine spritzes by Ramona in flavors of dry grapefruit, blood orange, and meyer lemon. You can get refreshing craft cocktails by Social Hour: Sunkissed Fizz (a bright and juicy vodka fizz with notes of ripe fruit and crisp citrus) or the Prizefighter (a bold and refreshing Collins built around the classic combo of whiskey and peach).
Those aren’t the only changes coming to Disney’s BoardWalk, though! We’ll also be seeing a new table service restaurant, a new coffee shop, and some new lobby designs in the future.
The new restaurant is The Cake Bake Shop by Gwendolyn Rogers, which is expected to open in 2023. Find out more about the potential menu right here!
We’re so excited to try out these new foods! We’ll be on the lookout for the official opening date, so stay tuned to DFB for more news and updates.

If they want real Jersey Shore, the iconic sandwich is a Taylor Ham and American Cheese on a hard roll.
June W says
And, in the northeast, no Italian Sub has mayo – always oil and vinegar!
KJ says
Hopefully they will have a NJ Sloppy Joe on the menu. (It’s not what you think). It’s thinly sliced Roast Beef, Turkey anc Corned Beef wit Russian Dressing and Coleslaw on top. Comes on Rye Bread.
Liam says
No one puts mayo on an Italian sub. This is not nyc or northeast style.
Dawn P says
Real Italian subs are not on ciabatta rolls and don’t have any arugula. That may be an Italian sandwich but not a sub. But some of the other stuff sounds really good.
Richard White says
Mayo on an Italian Sub!!!!! Sigh.
Kim Schmidt says
Looks delicious! May decide to try this on my DHS day for lunch.
