Getting around Disney World can be complicated.
Bus transportation at Disney World
There are buses, the monorail, the Skyliner, and boats to pick from. Sometimes certain forms of transportation experience issues, schedules change, things temporarily close, or other situations happen that can throw off your plans. But now Disney is making it just a bit easier to get all the info you need to get around the parks and resorts.
Disney has introduced a “Transportation” portion in the My Disney Experience app. To get to it, hit the 3 horizontal lines on the bottom right of the app and scroll near the bottom. You’ll find it under the MagicBands and More section.

Once you tap on that icon, you’ll get to look at information about the Skyliner, Minnie Vans, parking, Disney buses, and more.

When we opened that portion of the app, we also got a notification about how certain transportation can go down during severe weather.

Each tab displays more information about the different transportation options, pricing details, and more, which could all be helpful as you navigate around the Most Magical Place on Earth.
Right now, it seems like these folders mainly contain general information about the services. But things can change and more features or notices may be added later.

For now, it can be a useful resource to review before or during your trip when traveling around the resort.
