That’s right, today we’re heading to Disney’s Animal Kingdom! Here at DFB, we go to the theme parks almost every day so we can make sure we’re bringing you the most up-to-date information about what’s going on in Disney World from construction updates to new food and merchandise. Today, we’re heading to Animal Kingdom to see what’s new!

Animal Kingdom Merchandise Updates

Discovery Trading Company

At Discovery Trading Company, we saw tons of Halloween merch, including a bunch of stuff from the Skeleton Dance line of items. For example, we saw the Skeleton Dance Bucket Hat. The hat is black and white tie-dye and has four skeletons embroidered on it.

The back of the hat says “Disney Cartoons Present A Silly Symphony ‘The Skeleton Dance.'”

The hat is available both at Discovery Trading Company and online for $29.99.

We also saw the set of four Skeleton Dance Glasses! There are four glasses in the set: one with Mickey and a ghost…

…one with the dancing skeletons (of course)…

…one with an owl…

…and one with a skeleton sitting on a headstone.

You can also get this Skeleton Dance Tray! It’s a reflective tray that shows Mickey being frightened by the skeletons. It is $39.99. This item is currently sold out online, but available in Animal Kingdom!

There are a few Nightmare Before Christmas items, too! You can get this Jack Skellington hat for $29.99.

It’s a black hat with Jack Skellington on the front — and you can get it online, too!

Even your pets can get in on the fun with this Nightmare Before Christmas pet sweater! They are black sweaters with Jack Skellington on them, and they even have hoods. You can grab it for $39.99.

And the final item we saw at Discovery Trading Company was The Bride Mini Backpack!

We’ve seen this backpack at Disneyland, and it has The Bride from the Haunted Mansion on it with images of her beheaded husbands. You can grab this bag online, as well. It is $49.99.

Windtraders

We also stopped into Windtraders, which is a gift shop in Pandora — the World of Avatar. While we were there, we spotted this kids sweatshirt.

And that’s what’s new at Animal Kingdom! If you’re heading to Disney World soon, there’s a lot going on. We’ll be celebrating Disney+ Day tomorrow with some exciting perks for Disney+ subscribers, and this weekend will be the D23 Expo, where we can expect lots of exciting exhibits and some announcements about some new things coming to the Disney parks.
